What Smart Scout is
Smart Scout helps Clash Royale clan leaders and co-leaders discover players and clans using public game data, plus optional automation that works on your behalf.
Smart Scout provides search, filtering, saved views, watchlists, and recruitment workflows built on authorized public Clash Royale data. Viewing and searching that data is free for every account.
By using Smart Scout you agree to use the service for legitimate recruitment and scouting, and not to scrape, resell, or misuse data or platform access.
Unofficial fan content
Smart Scout is independent fan content. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell.
This material is unofficial and is not endorsed by Supercell. Clash Royale and related marks are the property of Supercell. For more information, see Supercell's Fan Content Policy at supercell.com/en/fan-content-policy.
Public game data comes from Supercell's official Clash Royale API and remains the property of its owners. Supercell can change, limit, or withdraw that access at any time, without notice to us.
Paid automation
Paid plans cover standing automation: Scouts that run continuously and deliver matches. They do not cover access to the underlying game data.
Free accounts can search, filter, and save views. Paid plans add automation: standing Scouts that monitor the player pool, push new matches to your chosen channels, and power automated outreach. The fee covers the server, delivery, and email costs of running that automation for you.
We never charge for viewing or searching Clash Royale data itself.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 16 and use the service for genuine recruitment. Accounts that abuse the platform can be suspended.
The minimum age is 16, or the digital-consent age in your country if that is higher. Signing up or continuing with Discord confirms you meet that requirement and that the account details you provide are accurate.
Do not scrape or bulk-export data, probe or overload the service, share account credentials, impersonate other players or clans, or use Smart Scout to harass anyone. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, attempt to bypass plan limits or verification, or put the service or other users at risk.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are managed through Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from the account area.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. Eligible new accounts can activate an introductory no-charge trial through Stripe checkout, which may collect payment details. You can manage or cancel billing at any time from the Billing section on your account page, including the Stripe billing portal when it is linked.
Access to paid automation continues through the end of any period you have already paid for, then returns to the free tier. Cancelling does not refund the current period, except as described under If we lose access to game data. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have as a consumer. If you believe you have been charged in error, use the contact form.
If we lose access to game data
If Supercell limits or ends our access to game data and paid automation stops working, we stop charging and refund what you have not used.
Smart Scout depends on Supercell's Clash Royale API. If Supercell limits or ends that access, or a third-party platform requires us to act, we may suspend or end paid plans. If that happens:
- We stop all future charges straight away.
- If paid automation cannot run for more than 7 days in a row, we refund the days it could not run.
- If we end paid plans, we refund the unused part of your current billing period.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe. We will tell you by email, and you do not need to ask for the refund.
Service and liability
Smart Scout is provided on an as-is basis and depends on third-party platforms that may change or become unavailable.
There are no warranties that search, automation, or delivery will be uninterrupted or error-free. Changes, rate limits, or outages on third-party platforms (including Supercell's API, Stripe, Discord, and email delivery) can delay or disable features.
To the extent permitted by law, Smart Scout is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Continued use after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Who we are, governing law and contact
Smart Scout is provided by a UK company. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Smart Scout is provided by Buzz The Tower Studios Ltd. Registered in Scotland. Registered office: Office 1884, 3 Fitzroy Place, 1/1, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G3 7RH, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Buzz The Tower Studios Ltd.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
